MW Jeffrey M. Williamson our Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of New York has given Dispensation for WM-Elect Nicholas Haoson’s Uncle, MW Franklin J. DeMonteverde Sr PGM and current Dean of Past Grand Masters from the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines to take part in the Installation Ceremony for that evening.
